Feature: Refine RxMER CM card chart layout
- Add per-CM supported modulation chart while keeping per-CM RxMER - Support modulation counts from both schema paths in analysis - Format QAM labels as QX across chart labels and summaries - Move frequency range and spacing to channel header metadata - Remove redundant per-card frequency and carriers text - Remove ChannelWidth text from window label for cleaner titles - Add CODING_AGENTS rule for QX label format - Add CODING_AGENTS rule to avoid per-card freq metadata - Rebuild visual docs and preview output for RxMER basic page - 2026-03-06 11:24:20
