Fix InterfaceStats null guard crash and sync updated visual to Postman

- harden normalizeItem object checks to require non-null ifEntry and ifXEntry before field access - resolve preview runtime error when ifXEntry is null and ifName was accessed - sync DOCSIS-General InterfaceStats visualizer script into PyPNM request YAML - regenerate visual docs preview and markdown for InterfaceStats - 2026-03-08 23:38:53
