Refine interface topology hover behavior

Refactor: make topology source-driven and reduce noise
- Update visual source InterfaceStats topology title to Topology
- Remove junction inline labels and use hover tooltip on circles
- Keep labels only on terminal interface nodes
- Increase junction circle hit area for easier hover
- Sync visual source changes to Postman request YAML
- Rebuild visual docs and preview artifacts - 2026-03-11 01:35:49
