However, if a shorter lifetime is used (say 100 years rather than 200), leading some capacity to retire before 2050 or whatever the future investment period is, then there will not be enough installed capacity to meet historical hydro flows and the model becomes infeasible. We need to add a way to adjust historical flows as a factor of installed capacity.
