Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Currently the lowest frequency for feed refresh is 24h, but to reduce social media consumption, I would suggest to add additional less frequent sync options.

Describe the solution you'd like

Add in the sync menu the option for sync every 3 days and every week.
