Feature request for manual sync/reload for specific group or site according to user choice.
Usecase:

• Reload the rss group/site according to your mood
• Save data & time by not refreshing "All"
  (Feeder support it by default)

As a reference currently (for me) it takes around ~40-50MB per day due to loading all sites by default. (1 local account only)
