Based off some recent observations (across multiple experiments), it seems that residual resazurin is present in plates and cups which have previously had resazurin in them. This is despite thorough rinsing in which there is no noticeable resazurin left in wells/cups.
@maddybernstein has been exploring some cleaning options to ensure resazurin is completely removed after an experiment (https://genefish.wordpress.com/author/maddyab/).
We'll get a more robust test setup later this week to see if we can really pin down how to fix this.
