Where to publish stand-alone genome annotation?

I'd like to publish a new set of annotation files for the snow crab genome. I can't push to NCBI, since I didn't submit the genome. Anyone have recommendations for a resource-type publication that accepts annotation file without much else? If not, probably just Dryad?
