Standardize a hook-in to Github actions

currently a Maktub powered project has never been run off of Github actions. This should be demonstrated and then thoroughly documented.

• Run unity project headlessly or pseudo-headlessly (possibly docker?)
• Echo topic /maktub/test_log to Github actions status log (possibly remove ROS integration?)

xvfb-run --auto-servernum --server-args='-screen 0 640x480x24' PATH_TO_UNITY_BUILD works to launch unity games over an SSH connection (though a graphics device is still needed on the host machine).
