Should detect env files in the folder and if they changed
File just contains secret information, will still need a user command to tell it what to do with them
Command could be something like "push", which would create all secrets that don't already exist and update any secrets that already exist
Give option in TUI when client program starts to send input through individual user cli commands or through env file
