DX-079: Write /guides/trading and /guides/positions

Context

The concept pages explain the mechanics; these two explain the screen. A reader
who understands liquidation still needs to know which number on the trade panel
is their liquidation price and what each positions-table column means.

Scope

• /guides/trading: the trade page panel by panel — market selector, chart,
  order panel, order-type controls, leverage, slippage, and the confirmation
  step. Every field named as it appears in the interface.
• /guides/positions: the positions, orders, trades, and claims tabs, with
  every column defined and every status value enumerated.
• Explain the chart's position entry and liquidation price lines.
• Link each field to the concept page that explains the underlying mechanic.
• Screenshots only where a description cannot substitute, with dark and light
  variants (DX-055).

Acceptance criteria

• Every column and status value present in the interface is documented —
  checked against apps/web/src/features/trade/.
• Field names match the UI exactly, including capitalisation.
• Screenshots have both variants, alt text, and set dimensions.
• check:content, check:links, and prose lint pass.

Out of scope

• Pools, earn, and referrals guides (DX-080).
