Ability to schedule a test run

When a teacher want to test his exam using SEB Server we enable "test mode / test run".

Unfortunately, when teacher wants to test the exam outside of the working hours it is difficult for us to enable and disable "test mode / test run" at those times. We also would like to not keep "test mode / test run" enabled for more time that needed.

A feature allowing to enable "test mode / test run" or to schedule it in time.

Describe alternatives you've considered
We have considered playing with quiz times, but would prefer to not touch those values as the exam is prepared and ready for the D-Day.

Currently, with SEB Server, it is possible to start/stop a Test Run manually within the Exam page:

But if I understand the feature request the right way, you would also like to have the possibility to schedule a Test Run for a given time period. Is this correct?

Or is there also an issue with the roles and privileges involved so that a Teacher role from Moodle auto login cannot apply or stop a Test run for the Exam? For this, we already have an issue and a feature for a Power-Teacher Role that also is able to configure the Exam on SEB Server. But it is not on high priority at the moment.

Yes, it could be usefull that teachers (or super-teachers) could activate "test run" themselves, without having access to other exam management features.

But my "feature request" was exactly that yes : being able to schedule a test run, on a day, between 22h00 and 23h00 without having the need to enable it manually at 22h00. Also I don't want to set up exam date/time to 22h00 because we would have to change it then to the real exam timestamps.

For this we have already an issue with low priority for the next release, but I think it will be possible sooner or later.

This indeed is a new feature. I make an Issue for that within our internal backlog, and we will address it for next release planing.
