New API request to port np.random.triangular

While porting a Python code to .NET using NumSharp as replacement for numpy - I found that there is no alternative version for np.random.triangular api present in NumSharp. I tried to search in the documents and didn't find any reference to it. NumSharp version I am using: 0.30.0.

This feature exists and works correctly:

np.random.seed(42);
var result = np.random.triangular(1.0, 5.0, 10.0, 5);
// Result: [3.55, 4.94, 7.08, 5.26, 6.86]

The np.random.triangular API is fully implemented matching NumPy's interface.
