We would like to use this repo to be mirrored into our Gitlab to be available and "cached" and then be used for automation of runner image builds, so the cli might get used for other automations. but that would require it to be maintained. if it isn't that is not a valid source and we have to tediously update our artifact repo manually, what we don't like to do
