Shipyard not building DLC blocks

Thats it, it just doesnt seem to want to build any of the warfare DLC blocks, warfare reactors and batteries being the thing that gave me wind of it

Building from projection doesnt want to build, but doesnt seem to fully weld up placed ones, it places the items into it but doesnt weld it up
