Hello, I have found the following code in 'sp_cal_bandwidth.py', and I wonder if I can modify any cities to get the delay?

The city information can be modified in the matlab codes, 'matlab_code/Create_Fac.m'. Then you will get the distance and delay between satellites and cities. Hope this information can help you.
