Add column visibility toggle to InvoiceTable

Description

InvoiceTable shows a fixed set of columns. Power users who manage many invoices want to hide irrelevant columns (e.g. "Tags", "Recipients") to reduce visual noise. A dropdown toggle (gear icon) listing each column with a checkbox allows personalization.

Acceptance Criteria

• A gear-icon button opens a dropdown listing every column with a toggle checkbox
• Toggling a column hides/shows it in the table without a page reload
• Column visibility preferences are persisted to localStorage
• The table degrades gracefully when all optional columns are hidden (required columns stay visible)
• Existing tests continue to pass
