  <h2>Acceptance &amp; eligibility</h2>
  <p>By using Matcha you agree to these terms. You must be 18 or older. Matcha is operated by Pixel8 Inc.</p>

  <h2>The service</h2>
  <p>Matcha helps people meet through private compatibility scoring: you rate profiles 1–10, and you match when two people rate each other within a threshold. We don't guarantee matches or outcomes.</p>

  <h2>Your account &amp; conduct</h2>
  <p>Provide accurate information and keep one account. Don't harass, threaten, impersonate, spam, or post explicit, illegal, or others' content. Don't use Matcha if you're under 18. Breaking these rules can get your account suspended or removed.</p>

  <h2>Your content</h2>
  <p>You keep ownership of what you post. You grant Matcha a license to host and display it to run the service. Photos may be removed if they violate these terms; we moderate reactively via reports and review.</p>

  <h2>Ratings are private</h2>
  <p>Your scores of other people are private and shown only to you. Don't attempt to reverse-engineer or expose others' ratings.</p>

  <h2>Purchases &amp; billing</h2>
  <p>Matcha offers optional in-app purchases (one-time boosts like Espresso Shots and First Moves, and the Matcha Reserve auto-renewing subscription), billed through your Apple account. Subscriptions renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends; manage or cancel anytime in your Apple subscription settings. Consumable purchases are not refundable by Matcha and, per Apple's rules, are not restorable once used. Purchases are handled by Apple under their terms.</p>

  <h2>Safety</h2>
  <p>Report and block tools are always available. We may review reports and remove content or accounts that violate these terms.</p>

  <h2>Disclaimers &amp; liability</h2>
  <p>Matcha is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, Pixel8 Inc. isn't liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the service. Always meet new people safely.</p>

  <h2>Changes &amp; contact</h2>
