[Feature]: /migrate-conversation command (Feat. Request)

Problem / use case

An issue we sometimes face on the CVH discord server is conversations starting in a different topic channel than the intended one.
Often times, switching channels at that moment kills conversation momentum.

Proposed solution

The proposed /migrate-conversation command would grab the last n number of messages and move them to another channel (specified in a parameter) using a webhook. Following that, it would direct members in the current channel to switch over.

Alr will also make an /adminallinfo to get all info like permissions alloted/other stuff for a role/channel as an ephermal only for LAZY admins like me
