VSTS Manual testing duplicated

Hello guys, I am not sure if this would be the correct section for my issue but I'm working on maual tests on VSTS and I have a list of 220 Manual tests but for some reason they're duplicated and they appear to be 440, for instance if I went to test '1' and edited the title, steps or comments this would reflect on the other one, however If I marked one as fail and it ha been previously marked as pass, one of them will stay in the previous state, the other one will change
