Write an end-user quickstart

Problem. Every document targets contributors and reviewers. Nothing walks a user through their first stream: install Freighter, fund on testnet, obtain a token contract id, fill the form, watch it accrue, withdraw.

Acceptance criteria

• A quickstart covers wallet setup through first withdrawal.
• It is reachable from the README's opening section.
