DragNDrop creates multi column by default

What’s broken?

When we drag a block on another block, it creates a multicolumn.
To have this behavior, before we had to set multiColumnDropCursor but since a recent update this behavior seems to be included by default (d8691dd).

What did you expect to happen?

To not have another column created by default when I drop a content.

This seems high prio. I think there are three things:

• Is it still possible to disable the multicolumn dropcursor after the recent update (even with multicolumn enabled), and do we want this?
• In your demo, there is no "vertical" dropcursor visible before you drop. This seems suspicious and I can't reproduce this on our site. @AntoLC is the screencast created on Docs?
• Even on BlockNote, the UX is "too eager" to create a new column. I think a better UX is if there's only a very small area to the left / right of a block to consider creating a new column
