PowerShell script to upload libraries

Hi All, Does anyone have power shell script to upload libraries to the orchestrator?

Looking for the same. I know this is a old post. I use Jenkins and the uipath plugin to upload packages but haven't been able to figure out the best way to upload libraries when needed through automation.
