• docs/adr/0001-record-architecture-decisions.md and a few starter ADRs:
  • Why Zustand alongside Redux Toolkit
  • Why NestJS modular monolith over microservices
  • Why Soroban over EVM

Acceptance Criteria.

• New contributors can find the rationale.
