I'm trying to repeat the code in example.ipynb at the pgm level (by simply changing dataset to views.DATASET["pgm_africa_imp_0"]), however, an error was raised stating that "Missing values in s_test_pred" in the "predict and store predictions" step (see attach files).
I wonder whether it is right or not to change only the dataset if we want a pgm level result, is there any other parameter we need to change?
