Create scenario from (import file/helm values) on startup

To be used in helm minikube example (for starters)

ToDos:

• use helm minikube example to startup system -> VILLASnode component is needed for the Scenario to work
• create standard scenario, like "VILLASweb Demo" in https://villas.k8s.eonerc.rwth-aachen.de

Challenges:

• the VILLASnode component created by the Helm Chart needs to be created as Infrastructure Component before the scenario and then linked to the scenario

Notes:

• there is a Import Scenarios functionality already

My 2ct:

The VILLASnode infrastructure component should already be automatically registered in the backend by VILLAScontroller on the first status update which the controller sends to the AMQP broker.

The challenge is more about, how does this automatically-generated infrastructure component get linked to the imported project and referenced by the widgets in the demo dashboard?
