Add duration to notifications

Longer notifications like in the screenshot are not readable within the short timespan that they are shown. It would be nice if a duration (in seconds) would be handed over with the notification text.

For notifications in general, i think it's better to have them contained in one element.
The best way i find is to implement notifications as a store middleware that looks to asyncthunk promise states ( rejected,pending...etc ). The asyncthunks that might trigger notifications can have special names , e.g containing a #. The middleware dispatches a reducer related to a notification that then resets itself after a while.
