Add Emoji Pack

• Change capitalization emojis > Emojis
• Increase size of X icon for closing popup
• Remove gray background when image is uploaded (including transparent)

Emoji Panel

• Change emoji hover to default transparent gray
• Remove background color for emojis
• Apply animation scale to 1.25 for hover emojis
• Fix UI bug after hover a line under the emoji
• Fix Scroll Bar being cut off at bottom and background color
• Fix background loading animation color (standardized gray, not green)
