A wrapper for the CellNeighborEX python library originally from this repo made as part of a greater project for analyzing MERFISH spatial transcriptomics data.
The actual wrapper can be found here; everything else within that folder is just suplemental stuff to help me test it. Also be sure to check out the report in the root directory for comprehensive info on the creation process and functionality.
