[Feature]: More blocks like the elevated slope edge #808

Block 0 already exists, being the framed elevated double slope edge. It's only shown here for comparison. You can use it to make an offset diagonal line in a floor or wall, and that's great! but you can only make corners in half of the possible positions...
Block 1 (framed elevated double prism, to go with the existing framed double prism) would give you the other half of the potential corners! It's the main one I'm wanting at the moment.
Block 2 would be useful for thinner diagonal stripes, and blocks 4 and 5 are further extensions of the same idea.
Block 3 would also fit well with block 0 for thin diagonal edges (roofs maybe?). It's also half of block 2, and also half of block 6.
Block 6 would also be useful for things like caution stripes.

Of course, it would also be nice to have non-doubled versions of all of these, except 6...
And having slab versions of them all would be great too!
I'm sure there's also plenty of room for variation with 3d corners and such, but I haven't really put any thought into those as I'm mainly using these for floor designs... I think 6 would most benefit from a fully 3d diagonal version like the prism corners, with 4 useful orientations (and 4 more that are equivalent with the two halves switched)
