BC has differences on Unix vs Windows

shows differences found in Unix vs Windows, most of them are for BC6H & BC7 that are discussed in #20 .

This issue is specifically for BC2 differences.

I expanded this to all of the BC formats, due to issues I was having.

Once again, not ideal but they work :D
