Add an empty state to the following page when the wallet follows no creators

Summary

When a wallet follows no creators the following page renders blank. A proper empty state with a message and a link to the marketplace should guide users toward discovering creators to follow.

Scope

• Show an empty state when the following list query returns an empty array
• Message: 'You are not following anyone yet — discover creators on the marketplace'
• Include a 'Browse Marketplace' button navigating to the marketplace page
• Empty state only shown after the query settles, not during loading

Acceptance Criteria

• Empty state shown when following list is empty after query settles
• Correct message displayed
• 'Browse Marketplace' button navigates correctly
• Skeleton rows shown during loading, not the empty state
