Add unit tests for get_price returning the base price when supply is zero

Summary

At supply 0 (no keys in circulation), get_price should return the configured base price — the cost of the very first key on the curve.

Scope

• Test get_price at supply 0 returns the base price constant
• Test get_price at supply 1 returns a value strictly greater than the base price
• Assert no panic for either call

Acceptance Criteria

• Supply 0 returns base price
• Supply 1 returns a price strictly above base price
• No panic in either case
