Problem
An unexpected error appears in the app: Session connection not found.
The error is unclear to the user and does not explain what went wrong or how to recover from it.
Expected Behavior
The app should either:
- Maintain the active session connection correctly, or
- Show a clear, actionable error message if the session connection was lost or is unavailable.
Current Behavior
The UI shows an unexplained Session connection not found error.
Impact
This makes the app feel broken or unstable because the user cannot tell whether the session is lost, the backend connection failed, or whether a retry/reconnect is needed.
