Bug: Pi action fails with 'Pi operation requires a Project directory'

Problem

Using the Pi action triggers the following error:

Pi operation requires a Project directory

The error prevents the Pi operation from running and does not clearly explain how the user should resolve it.

Expected Behavior

The Pi action should either:

• Work when a valid project/workspace is available, or
• Prompt the user to select/configure a project directory before running the operation.

Current Behavior

The Pi action fails with Pi operation requires a Project directory.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open the app.
2. Trigger the Pi action.
3. Observe the error: Pi operation requires a Project directory.

Impact

Users cannot use the Pi action unless a project directory is configured, but the UI does not guide them toward fixing the missing configuration.
