Feature Request - Only auto-add apps to the "Preferred Input per App" dialog if the user has invoked layout switching with that app active

As the title suggests, scrolling through that list shows a lot of apps I just don't care about currently. It would be much more useful if that list only included apps that FlicKey has observed me caring about input method for.
