Log panel not displaying Application Log and IDE Log status correctly

"Dear developers, please can you fix the log panel to display the log list correctly, because of this bug I can't see the "Application Log" and "IDE Log" status and copy it because it's not visible. Sometimes you can fix the "IDE Log" display for a while by switching the log tabs randomly, and the bug will eventually disappear.
