Enquiry about next release

Hi there,
Just a quick question about your envisioned date for the next release.
Will you wait for official statement about birth data field or can you release 3.0.16 before.
I ask this because I saw that there is a merged pull request for iwd option that got broke in 3.0.15. And in my humble opinion a bug fix release would be great before there is an official stance on more important matters.
