Problem: Description updates not showing repositories when description change logging is enabled

Current Behavior

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Go to Admin > Settings > Global > System > Enable description change logging > Yes > Save
2. Go to Admin > Description updates

Child descriptions are not displaying relational repository

I think we ran into this as well, where we can't even add records (e.g. a series to a collection) and it spams lots of "arUpdateEsIoDocumentsJob" jobs
