Schema Update - Update Completing party name length for firms

• First name up-to 60 (we need to align this with BCSC length) @Mihai-QuickSilverDev checking for details - confirmed!
• Check if we can/need to create second definition or update the base schema
• However you do it, companies need to continue to use max 30 chars for Completing Party first name, or the COLIN synch will break.
