In 2.7 we had transcriptions, but they are not available yet in 3.0.
Create a plugin that would capture the live captions and populate a panel that would keep a transcript of the captions. The panel would automatically scroll to the bottom.
If the user scrolls up, put a indicator at the bottom when a new entry occurs.
Notes:
- When a caption disappears in the main area, it would appear in the live transcript panel.
- There should be a button to download the transcript in a WebVTT format
