We’ve been encountering a "random" issue where newly uploaded PDF files briefly display correctly (for about 5–10 seconds) before returning a "BlobNotFound" error.
So far, we haven’t been able to identify a consistent pattern or root cause.
For example:
We uploaded three files named "dummy.pdf" - each initially displayed as expected, but all eventually resulted in the same error.
We then uploaded two files named "dummy 2.pdf", suspecting the filename might be a factor. Both of these worked without any issues.
Finally, we uploaded another "dummy.pdf", which also functioned normally.
Given these inconsistent results, the issue appears to occur randomly, and we’re currently unable to determine what’s triggering it.
