Update from 3.12 to 3.13.3 break deploy pipeline

Hi Team,

we recently faced issue where we wanted to upgrade attachment version from 3.12.1 to 3.13.3
after update deployment was failing due to changes in local files, which is similar to closed issue : #499

we wanted to know is there any other option where there are no changes to deployment like adding undeploy.json or adding --auto-undeploy in HDI deploy.

Yes, it sounds like this is a similar issue to the one you mentioned. Unfortunately due to HDI constraints which means either undeploy.json or --auto-undeploy will have to be added.
