Request for lats/ lngs for Derived_Annual_Carbonate values

I am working with the newly developed Derived_Annual_Carbonate. There is a column, "section_name" that has the following values:

"Browns_Bank" "Cabot_Strait" "Gully" "Halifax_Line" "Louisbourg" "Peter_Smith_Line"
[7] "St_Anns_Bank" "Banquereau_Bank" "Portsmouth_Line" "St_Pierre_Bank" "Yarmouth_Line" "Laurentian_Channel_Centre"
[13] "Laurentian_Channel_Mouth" "Viking_Buoy" "Northeast_Channel" "Seal_Island"

Is there an easy way to get the lat / lngs associated with each section name?

Carbonate data products were developed and added by @EOGrady21 so she might be the best person to handle your request. As far as lat/lon for sections, it would make more sense to me to provide them as polygons rather than single points lat/lon. Again, @EOGrady21 feel free to chip in.

Hey Jaimie,

Great question. The AZMP transects should be the standard polygons (BBL, CS, HL, LL...) and I think those would be referenced in mar.data, I know that also came up as part of this package but I can't remember where we put them (probably not the best sign) but @clayton33 would know.

For the unique names that are not standard AZMP transects, I will ask Martine Lizotte for her polygons (she did these calculations). I'll CC you on an email :)
