Add more tutorial cases

So far we've only been using Hunter Valley data + case for the tutorial. More cases should be added, maybe including:

1. Global analysis
2. Local analysis using categorical data (originally vector, habitat data)

Should all the cases be in the same tutorial or split into separate packages?
