Add a section to readme for other AI disclosure related tools

Some other tools working on AI disclosure related things could be added to this section. e.g. aittributor, usagescale, etc.

love to acknowledge the ecosystem of similar tools. I wonder if there may be overlap with the lists maintained in the AI alignment working group. I think we should decide which group is in a better position to maintain this information since we should probably lean towards one side doing it and linking to the other, rather than duplicating work

Nice idea, in my opinion the AI alignment group moderation list is a better place, we could add this as a section something like "AI disclosure and attribution tools" in there and link it in the README here.
