Goal

Add a Cursor Changelog Drafter example doc.

Files

• examples/cursor/changelog-drafter.md (new)
• examples/cursor/README.md (link)
• examples/README.md (table cell)

Acceptance criteria

• L1 draft-only: produce RELEASE_NOTES_DRAFT.md (or section); human approves before publish
• Map scheduling (Automations), state file, scan + draft skills
• Explicit gate: no tags, releases, or Discussions posts without human review
• Link starters/changelog-drafter/ and stories/changelog-drafter-week-one.md
