Description

After signing up or logging in, the "Create Task" (or "Add Task") button fails to respond—no task input appears.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to UTasks web app (e.g., utasks.io).
2. Click "Sign Up" and register a new account (or click "Log In" with existing credentials).
3. On landing at the task dashboard, locate the "Create Task" button.
4. Click it.

Expected Result
An input field or modal should open to let me enter task details (title, optional fields). Ideally, the field is focused automatically.

Actual Result
Nothing happens. The UI doesn’t respond—no input box appears, no visual feedback, the task is not created.
