Subject: [PATCH] Drop the JXR reports from the reporting profile

Source cross-reference pages are what GitHub provides; the report re-parses
the whole tree on every site build for it. Follows maven-parent 48 (MPOM-462).
PMD and surefire-report no longer link into xref/.
