feat: Add user profile page and link leaderboard entries to /user/:username

Description:

Currently, student names on the leaderboard are displayed as static text elements. To improve platform engagement, navigation, and detailed data analysis, we need to make names clickable. Clicking a user's name should take them to a clean, dynamic profile route (/user/:username) where their specific LeetCode activity, stats, and historical metrics are isolated.

This is definitely a direction we want eventually, but I think this should stay blocked for now until the /user/:username page becomes a bit more mature feature-wise and visually.

At the moment the profile page is still under active development with several planned features still pending, so directly linking leaderboard usernames there right now may lead to an incomplete experience.

Marking this as blocked for now until the user profile page implementation stabilises further.
